A: The cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancelled due to bad weather: full refund.
Cancelled for customer reasons: a cancellation fee applies starting 10 days before the scheduled trip.
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: Prepayment is required, via credit card or bank transfer.
Payment at the heliport is not available.
Q: Is the price per flight or per person?
A: The price is per flight. As it is a private charter, the cost does not change based on the number of passengers.
